Check your arm first: the standard cuff fits upper arms about 9 to 17 inches around. A cuff that is too small reads high. How to measure at home

Body fat scale

Home scales are best for tracking your trend: weigh in at the same time of day each time. A DEXA scan gives the most accurate body fat number.

Questions

Do I need a doctor to order the labs?
No. A physician working with Walk-In Lab signs the order. Share your results with your own doctor, who knows your history.
