Emergency Situations: If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on this Service for emergency medical situations.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, for health data on consumer tiers, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in those policies.

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Body By Numbers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain ownership of your health data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

Upon Termination:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for small-claims matters and injunctive-relief carve-outs.

Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only; class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law.
