My code didn't work
Check the spelling, including any dashes. A code can also stop working when it has expired, has been used the maximum number of times, or is for a different plan.
If you opened a link with a code and checkout showed no discount, the code was no longer valid. You can still type another code into "Add promotion code".
Only one discount applies to a purchase, so a code won't stack with the Snapshot credit or another code.
