How does Body By Numbers work?
You enter numbers you already have, such as a recent blood pressure reading and your lab results. We grade them in minutes and show you which one to work on first.
- Choose a plan on the pricing page and create your account. Or start with a free grade, which needs no account.
- Enter your numbers: age, height, weight, blood pressure and your lab results (a cholesterol panel and fasting glucose, plus HbA1c and body fat if you know them).
- Check every number on the last screen, then create your report. A report is final once it is created.
- Read your grades and your Biological Age, and take the report to your doctor if anything is worth a closer look.
Members can come back and create a new report as their numbers change, and see the trend over time.
