How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. Your account and reports are removed right away, and any Membership is cancelled.
Deleted information leaves our encrypted backups within 35 days. Deleting can't be undone, and paid plans aren't refunded for remaining time.
Just want fewer emails? Change your email choices instead. Just want to stop renewal? Cancel Membership.
