How do I cancel my Membership?
Open Billing, choose Manage billing and cancel your plan. You keep Membership until the end of the year you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Sign in and open Billing from the menu.
- Choose Manage billing. This opens your billing page at Stripe, our payment processor.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
Your Billing page will show "Ending" with the date your access ends. After that, your account moves to Free (or to Snapshot, if you also bought one) and every report you created stays readable.
Cancelling stops renewal. It does not delete your account. To remove everything, see delete your account.
