Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Membership runs for a year and renews at the end of it. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Purchases are not refundable: once a report is generated, it is yours to keep.
If you were charged in a way you don't recognize, or charged twice, send us a message and we'll look into it.
