I see a charge I don't recognize
Our charges show as BODY BY NUMBERS on your card statement. If it still doesn't look right, send us a message with the date and amount, and we'll look into it.
Membership renews once a year on the date you joined, so a charge a year after you signed up is usually the renewal. Send us a message and never include your full card number.
