An email from Body By Numbers hasn't arrived
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search for "Body By Numbers". Then make sure you typed the same address you signed up with.
For security we show the same message whether or not an address has an account, so a typo won't show an error. To protect your inbox, reset emails are limited to one a minute and five a day.
