I forgot my password

On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password?", enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to choose a new one. The link works for one hour.

Go to sign in and choose "Forgot password?".
Enter the email address on your account.
Open the email "Reset your Body By Numbers password" and choose a new password of at least 12 characters.

If you signed up with Google, use the Google button on the sign-in page instead: there is no separate password.
