My lab said "normal". Why isn't my grade an A?

A lab flags results that are already a problem. We grade how close you are to the best range the research supports, which is a higher bar. That is why a "normal" result often lands around a B.

Normal means common, not optimal. Our Learn article Your Labs Came Back "Normal" explains the difference, with the guidelines behind it.
