What is Biological Age?
It is an estimate from your numbers, worked out from the same markers you entered, and it is always shown next to your actual age. Two years younger means your numbers look like those of someone two years younger than you. It moves when your numbers move, which makes it the simplest thing to watch over time.
Each measurement is compared with the average for people your age and sex, using published research on how it relates to long-term health. An average person comes out at exactly their own age.
Biological Age is part of Snapshot and Membership reports. It moves a few months at a time, not decades, so small changes between reports are normal. Read more in What Biological Age is.
