When should I check my numbers again?
Your report suggests a time based on your lowest grade: sooner when a grade is low, about once or twice a year when your grades are strong. If your doctor gives you a different timeline, follow your doctor.
Members get a reminder email when it is time for their next check-in.
Most numbers take weeks to change, so a new report very soon after the last one may show little difference. Read when to check your numbers.
