Where do I get the lab numbers?

Any standard blood panel will do. The usual routes are your next physical, a lab your doctor sends you to, or a walk-in lab you book yourself. What you want is a lipid panel and a fasting glucose; an HbA1c is a helpful extra. We do not run the draw or sell the test. You bring the numbers, we grade them.

Recent results in your doctor's patient portal work well. If you'd like to order a test yourself, our Get your numbers page lists a panel you can book at a walk-in lab without a doctor's visit.

Snapshot and Membership reports need the cholesterol panel and a fasting glucose. HbA1c and body fat are optional.
